Jenny Craig Food?

What kind of food is on the JC plan? I know its frozen, but I need to know make a 7 day meal plan. Thank you.

Unless they have recently changed their product line, most of the entrees are not frozen. They are ready to microwave.

There is a decent assortment from basic pasta dishes , fetuccini alfredo , lasagna , chicken tetrazini, honeyed chicken breast , turkey casserole...you get the idea.

Overall , they weren't too bad. The portions are modest, but tolerable , & hey moderation is a cornerstone of dieting!!

I adhered to the program at a rate of around 75-80% , & lost about 25-30 pounds over three months. Good Luck!!
