I think it's genetic but I don't know if there's an effective way to make it less visible because I look old and bored with it. Is there a home-made/cheap way?

Dont laugh but i have heard that people use herorroid cream to tighten the skin...you might also try astringent such as witch hazel which helps close the pores. If you use a moisturizer with glycol in it, it will sluff off the dead skin and appear tighter

hemorrhoid cream is for bags under your eyes not for loose skin on your eyelids...if your someone who rubs their eyes alot, stop, it can make it worse and find a really good eye cream, they r not cheap, but ther cheaper than surgery.

Use a Glycolic acid cleanser,cream,or lotion.There are many products that contain glycolic acid.Look it up on www.drugstore.com they are very good.

this may sound weird , but i heard of face excerises...using your own muscles to tighten the skin....
