It states it on the wrapper of the bar and also the big bag the little bars come inside.

cant say how much it depends on how it was made and how much of the coco butter they put in it i cant. try www.dietitian.com dietitians are awsome at this stuff they know this kinda stuff of the top of there heads i know one who works for a hospital the are pro's at whats in food
