I heard that milk can make your face smooth and soft if you wash it? Is it true?

Yes, milk makes your skin really soft.
hmm. Just earlier i wrote down a recipe that's supposed to make your skin really smooth and clear and it includes milk

Here it is:

Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp of milk until they form a paster

Rub the mixture gently on your face for 1 minute. rinse well w/ warm water

the best way to approach that is to mix WHOLE milk in with a body wash, and then use that. The mix levels should be 1 cup body wash; to 3/4 cup of WHOLE milk. You can also use 1/2 & 1/2, heavy cream, NOT whipping type cream. IT IS THE MILKFAT IN THE MILK that makes the difference

Milk products for your skin moisturize it. They have all different things you can get. Scrubs, washes, lotions, etc. I find that the scrub for my body makes it soft.

Milk is the bomb, I drink about .75 gallons a day. I bodybuild and it really helps.
