About three years ago I used to weigh about 225 punds. Over the course of a year I went down about 75 lbs and over the past 5 months I went down an additional 25 lbs. I also went from having a 38C bra size to now having a 34-36 small B (possibly an A but I refuse to believe that). Also, whereas I didn't have any noticeable problems with symmetry before, my left breast is now smaller than the right one and they sag. Additionally, I also have some loose skin around my stomach, hips and thighs.

I am wondering if anyone has had experience with such a breast size loss, or if there is anything that can be done about the loose skin and breast loss. I've read through some of the questions here about how surgery is ultimately the only option, but I'm hoping to find something non-surgical. Thanks for any help.

Tummy tuck & breast lift surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

The older you get the more elasticity you lose. Most likely, considering the time frame, you are not going to get the results you are looking for unless you have some type of surgical procedure.

You can make sure to exercise and eat a well balanced diet though. This will help strengthen any of the muscles that are loose and also still wear a good bra for support (even though your size has changed). Most of the time, one breast is different in size than the other, and if it is that much of a change, then the only way to "fix" that is by surgery.

Some people have done wraps, teas, cocoa butter creams (there are many being advertised) and such to help with the skin repair, but I really have not heard of many people being so satisfied with these results. They just aren't drastic enough.

I recently have lost weight and am experiencing some of the same issues. But I do not want surgery at this time. The changes for me are not so noticeable and hubby loves me just the same! Good luck...........smiles!

Congratulations to you on your big weight losses! It isn't easy to lose a large amount of weight, so definitely pat yourself on the back.

First of all it's fairly normal to have asymmetrical breasts, the majority of us have one breast slightly larger than the other. Most likely nothing to worry about, and if you're seeing your doc yearly and doing your monthly self breast exams and have not found anything suspicious, I wouldn't worry a bit about that.

Loose skin is a problem with a large weight loss. You didn't say whether or not you'd been doing much exercise. A good cardiovascular workout program at least 3 times a week combined with lifting weights at least twice a week will tighten and tone things up noticeably. Unfortunately, you'll probably never get that nice flawless tight skin tone without surgery, though. You may be pleasantly surprised by the exercise, I'd definitely go that route before seeing about surgery.

In the process of loosing, I too am having the same issue. One breast is a C and the other a B+ and shrinking weekly. Here's some exercises I found, and am trying, don't know if they work, but I'm hoping they do. The wrap thing does sound interesting, I wonder how much something like that is. I'm afraid in the end, my only option will be a to have a surgical lift, not that I want the size back, just the old perk.

Hope something works out for you.
