I can only guess the second line,the first one I can't understand what's written
if the second line is "quietu viva sibi et"it means "may he/she live in peace with him/herself..but if you can write clearlywhat's on the first line maybe..

the first line says "croatia corinthia"
that's strange

first you can't see well what is written
second i don't know latin so well but try with the dictionary
