I just gave birth,when will I get the urge to pee back?

I just had a vaginal delivery on march 2 and i still dont get the urge to pee untill Im just about to pee all over myself. When might I get that urge back because it's driving me crazy. Very hard to take care of a one week old when Im having to hold myself so I dont pee all over myself.

You should Go see your GYN because that may not be good!!
