A terrorist can look like anybody, because a terrorist can be anybody. Somebody who has an extremist belief, one where they believe everybody who does not agree with them should be killed.
Stereotypically, terrorists can be of middle eastern decent (ever since 9/11 and the United States' involvement in Iraq) many people foolishly believe that many of the people in the middle east are terrorists.
Terrorists can be of any ethnicity...they don't look like any one kind of race.

That's as non-sensical as asking what a thief looks like, or what a doctor looks like.
"Terrorist" is a mindset, and arguably a profession. It refers to someone so fanatical, and so bent on hatred and violence, that they will take that out on those they hate.
Look at the perpetrators of the Oklahoma City massacre (US-born US-citizens). Or the people who bomb health clinics because they don't like what the doctors are doing. There are so many hate-filled fanatics in the world that there is no single racial, ethnic or social template.
Their only common trait is their hatred of what they don't like.

Terrorism is a mindset. A terrorist can be anyone from any ethnic group. If a terrorist had a special looks then it would be easy to find him/her.
