You have to decide on your priorities, and what are the most important things on your schedule.

Classes obviously can't go, unless you consider only taking four in the future, because 12 hours should be a full-time load.

Do you work to pay for school, or is it just for extra money for fun? If it is just for fun money, then that is something that could go if needed, or maybe make better use of your time there by studying at work if it is slow, since you say you work at night.

The easiest thing to do is cut out some of the club activities if you don't have enough time in your schedule. You say that you are involved in several. Look at each of them, and decide which are the most important, and consider cutting those that are least important.

All in all, you just have to consider that you only have so many hours in a given day, and if you are overscheduled, you have to cut out some activities to fit the number of hours that you have.

Best of luck to you!!

Get up earlier, stay up later, grab a nap when you can, drink lots of energy drinks, do homework at work, if you can drop a class and pick it up later without losing credit, do so. Talk with your counselors they will work with you. Enjoy the ride, it won't last forever, just seems like it! Something that worked for me was taking lots of vitamin C and vitamin B-12. Keeps you healthy, skin glowing, and healthy.

The first thing to do is to seriously ask yourself if there is anything you can drop. It sounds as though you haven't time for yourself which is not healthy.

If you can get yourself organized that will help. You don't say if you are married / have children but if you are, maybe you can delegate tasks to them.
