UK RESPONSES ONLY PLEASE :)
What can be done? A neighbour continually harrasses us via a 3rd party, including RSPCA, social service, local council. However, their favourite is via the POLICE. They are on a first stage harressment warning against us yet still the local police allow them to make further allegation after allegation, and everytime we are interviewed. Not even the officers concerned believe a word of it yet still they continue over and over.
Yet, I make a complaint against them for making false complaints and it goes no further.
I know for a fact that it make the CPS chuckle and it used to make me smile but their actions and allegations are geting more and more serious.
What if I were to use a baseball bat? That would be stamped upon and, quite rightly, I'd end up inside (although in today's climate, probably 40 hours CPO). So how are they allowed to do this? Surely this is a serious harrasment? One member of the family is so depressed she wishes......

You paint a very vivid picture of the situation that you and your Family are suffering. It is unreasonable for anyone, whether or not they have a grudge or whatever, to be so persistent with their activity.
Do not reduce your attitudes to that of these cretins and certainly do not take retaliative action in the form of violence.
My advice is to write to the Chief Constable in very factual terms. Tell him/her that you have approached the Police, following the granting of the first Harassment Warning, advising that the matter was far from satisfactory.
If this is not acceptable (you will have kept a copy of your letter) send a copy of the letter to the Home Secretary at The House of Commons or to your M.P.
Finally, if all this fails, you either have no grounds to complain (forgive me for being so blunt) or take out an Injunction against the people who are annoying you and see them in Court if necessary. Good Luck

i does no longer be that during touch. I doubt if she has any blood evidence if what you're saying is actual, and if she does they might desire to be waiting to inform how previous that's by making use of that's point! You specific you're actually not being blackmailed? i hit upon it tremendously against protocol or good investigative strategies for a detective to call you on the telephone and supply you that counsel. they might desire to have asked which you will return to the station, permit you realize of the allegations and have you ever write out a assertion! that's for ask your self and to catch you right into a narrative, which you would be no longer ordinary pressed to alter! i might hire a legal professional to guard your rights, and that i does no longer say a rattling element of every physique or grant any assertion! i might refuse to speak to the police telling them you desire to verify your legal professional. they might desire to provide up any interrogation at that element. do no longer take a lie detector attempt as they do no longer seem to be precise and that they actually are actually not a choose or a jury! that stands out as the inspiration the police might use to cost you besides the certainty that that's inadmissible in courtroom using unreliability. It would not degree a lie, it measures physique reactions! The police can take as long as they desire to end an analyze!

You ever heard of the boy who cried wolf.......your neighbours have been making all these false allegations and the police know, they have made reports about what has been going on.
That now means you are free to do what you want (within reason) and no-body will believe them as they have told so many lies in the past.
It's like a free pass!!

go to a solicitor and instruct them to take out a Court injunction to stop your neighbour harassing you. The Courts grant these daily, they are easy to get, so long as you can produce some evidence of the harassment, which it sounds like you can.

sounds like a nightmare, how about rep[orting them to the local council even if they own their home the council can still make them move. whatever you do dont resort to violence, they probably want that. what about your other nieghbours do they have problems with them, try drumming up support maybe get a petition and submit it to the council. good luck, you need some.
