I have worked that out to be no more tha 650 calories a day. That is way too little. Thats not even enough to cover your basis metabolic needs, which means your body will think you are starving, so store the fat you wish to lose and break down your muscle instead. Thats not gonna get you anywhere but an early grave.

Swap some of the fruit for veg, and add some meat and carbs for lunch. Fish and rice are very good, or ryvita with tuna or low fat cheese.

That way you will have more nutrition and actually lose weight quicker, and look better for it.

Good luck

It will work temporarily but don't forget your starving your body of nutrients so what will happen is it will cling onto what it gets, which by all that fruit means a lot of sugar so it will store that as fat, it won't work for that long depending on your original size and when you do try to eat normal again you'll gain weight quicker cos you'll have messed with your metabolism. If you really wanna do something drastic like that try having the weetabix as normal, soup for lunch and chicken and veg for dinner....will work just as well in terms of weight loss and do an hour exercise a day. Iknow it's boring and you've heard it all before but fad diests do not work, you will put the weight on as soon as you stop and like i said before your metabolism will have slowed so your setting a viscious cycle for yourself.

The exercise before you start the day is a good plan, the diet needs to have a few more elements though, like protein for example and a little more calcium etc. You need to rethink what you are eating.

That seems extreme and not healthy. I used a nutritional diet from a1diet and I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. Plus I felt great and had loads of energy.

unfortunately it isn't that simple. You need a balanced diet. Steamed veg is a good meal for tea as someone has already recommended. You can eat as much fruit as you like but make sure you don't leave out the recommended proteins and vitamins. Good luck on your weight loss.

This diet doesn't supply all the nutrients and vitamins you need and has a high sugar base. You may lose wight but you will probably also destroy your health. At least you'll be a thin corpse.

You aren't getting any vegetables or enough protein! Have steamed broccoli with steamed rice for dinner instead of all those damn apples and plums. You'll give yourself the runs! lol

you can do it for a short period honey ...but its not a good way to loose fat, you will poo lol! an as soon as you back to normal eating the fat will just appear again up your cardio exercise and eat loads of veg & fruit, meat & fish steamed or baked... and drink pleanty of water and the fat will burn away.... thats the sensable way. I do loads of cardio exercise in the week and just going to order a take away!!! lol

Oh my sweetie-do you just plan to poop your fat away? You need to check on some type of better diet honey because if you stick to that you will be cheating on it within a week-your body needs other nutrients too!!!! Good luck!!!
