is it a permanent colour? if not, you can jut keep washing daily and the colour will fade.

after a week you could lighten it again, but be wary of product overload

good luck

Oh my.Shampooing daily will help lighten your hair. If this isn't enough try squeezing lemon juice into it next time your outside for a long time, the citric acids in the lemon juice will lighten it alot too. I f all these natural solutions dont help, I would go to the salon and have them suggest a course of action. Hope u dont have to live with bad color for too much longer!!!! Good luck!!!

If you just did this like this weekend, shampoo your hair with Dawn dishwashing liquid. Repeat several times. Your suds should be brown. Apply a good conditioner and let it stay on your hair at least 30 minutes. If this doesn't fade it to a desirable shade, go to your salon for a professional service.

if you really can't handle having your hair that dark, call a salon, they can give you advice or have you come in to help you. It won't wreck your hair to dye it again but it does damage your hair and weaken it each time that you dye it, so just consult a professional at your local salon before you do anything else.

After a few shampoos it will lighten up. And if you keep doing everything with your hair normally, it will not wreck your hair.

i would just go ahead and do it again and use a lighter color...do a test run on a small amount of hair that is hidden and see how it turns out...condition it a lot...you can put some oil like safflower oil on it as a treatment..leave it for an hour...cover your hair with saran wrap after you have oiled it up..then you can use a conditioner ...a thick leave in kind like condition by clairol....this helps soften it up..you can also use leave in conditioner like Infusion
