how to get rid of the neighbor dog peeing on my apartment door way?

I live in a townhome, my neighbor has a dog that always pee in my doorway.(I already talk to them,it did not work), I need a solution to keep the dog away,(like some kind of smell or ... i dont know) is there anything dogs hate that i can buy from pet store? plz help me

I would spray some vinegar to deter the dog from wanting to come to that area. it is harmless and smells foul. besides, the dog might think that that's "his" spot to pee on and the vinegar will not only deter him, it will get rid of the urine and odor! if that does not work, there's always "stay off" from petsmart/petco.
