Satan interacted with Eve in the Garden of Eden before sin existed so was satan given authority by God to interact with humans or did he find a loop hole under God's radar to do it?

How would satan be so unrestricted by God to be able to manipulate man's rationality through occults (an unconventional religion), demons desguised as deceased loved ones (even if they only bring comfort), and possibly UFO encounters (as I've heard from some Christians)?

Could demons trans-substanciate into biophysical beings for our deception?

Is satan responsible for all the physical evidence discovered in our universe?

You have a lot of good quesitons. I can base my answer only on my personal opinion but I will attempt to explain them as I go.
1. No, I do not think God gave Satan the authority to interact with humans initially. Satan (the angel Lucifer) did what he did to get back at God. Once he had made enrodes with humans, Satan openly declared war against God. God still holds the trump card but he (at that point) gave Lucifer the right to test the human beings to see if they would fall as Satan claimed they would. That war is still going on.
2. Demons have the power to become whatever they need to become to get the job done but God still has the ultimate power over them (as did Christ which was proven when he cast demons out of people).
3. As to the physical evidence found in the universe, no, I do not think that Satan is responsible for the evidence itself. However, I do think he has influenced people once again to misinterpret what they are seeing so as to cause people to move away from God. (The Bible tells us that as time progresses, more and more people will move away from God, especially just prior to the end times) That is the reason why it is said in the Bible that there will be few who will actually enter in to heaven.

Angels(Lucifer/Satan is/was a Cherubim)had unrestricted access and contact with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Eve knew Lucifer as one an angel, that is why she fell for his trick. Snakes also flew(not slithered as they do now) before Eve ate of the fruit.Yes demons can possess those who do not believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior(they cant after that because the Holy Spirit then lives inside them).
No Satan is not responsible for any of the science we have today.

The Thing I remember when I read the story of how Lucifer Fell is that, everyone is left to make their own choices. Lucifer recieved authority, he was basically Gods right hand man... Until he took on that thought to overpower God... Then he fell into the pits of Earth.. And he was chillen in the Garden of Eden. God knew he was there, but he wanted to see if Adam and Eve would make the right choices.
Now The Devil has the ability to imitate God.. He does alot of wild stuff.... The rest is what one makes of it..

According to Holy Quran, satan has no authority over human being (as he will say on the day of judgement). He is permitted by God to lure others to commit sin. Wheather they accept his suggestions or not is entirely up to them. Have you ever felt that you are overcome by another being like satan? No, but we all get overpowered by our own lust and desires some times. However this can be controlled or minimized rationally, thus defeating satan. Occult, black magic and all that nonesense are nothing but myth. We get trapped by our own hidden powers by way of uncontrolled desires and unlimited wishes.

Satan was in fact allowed some degree of manipulation
to the woman. This was used, by God to purify man through
the knowledge, that such disobedience to God would result
in punishment. Unfortunately because of Adam's disobedience God sent his Son Jesus Christ to wash away
our sins by dieing on the cross. This intersession for our
sins was the ultimate sacrifice in his purest form. This is what
frees us from sin and corruption. The blood of the lamb.

It was not GOD gave the authority to Satan to enter sin in the world. It was Adam.

Romans 5:12 Therefore, as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin; and so death passed unto all men, for that all sinned: -

You cannot reasonably conclude from any passage in the Bible that the serpent of Genesis was Satan. This idea comes from biblical Theologians.

God gave Adam & Eve dominion over the earth...Lucifer stole it from them. Lucifer comes as an angel of Light....If he was ugly and disgusting no one would follow him...He's learned to come in beauty and deceive people.
What physical evidence are you talking about?
