Do little mind puzzles, crosswords, sudoko puzzles, word finds.. those are all said to help your memory (i dont know if they really work) i think just de-stressing yourself, doing things that you enjoy a lot, eatting healthy and getting plenty of rest can also improve your memory.

Hi. Use a recorder. Some mp3 players can hold days of thoughts. Leave notes. Leave things you need to use in a place where you will see them. Some supplements may work, like vitamin E, etc...

make sure when u memorize it u have a clear head and nothing is troubeling u.and if it has something to do with school or a phone number u can keep on saying it to yourself over and over everywhere.and u can write it done and keep it in ur pocket

You can do crossword puzzles, learn something new every day, sudoku, or pretty much anything that will keep your brain active helps.
