I would like to try an appetite suppressor NOT an actual pill that MAKES you lose weight. Any good recommendations? Ive been really hungry lately and i cant control it. I tried one a day weight managment but it did not suppress my appetite.

Protein helps you stay fuller longer. Eat more protein. Chicken beast, turkey breast, and fish are examples of protein.

Soy helps too.

oh and egg whites are a good source of protien, but if your going to eat eggs, i suggest you lay off the yolk.

One word almonds. They are a natural protien and have lots of vitamins like vitamin e and good unsaturated fats. Also if you eat a handfull an hour or 2 before eating your meal you wont be as hungrey.

But in your case if your always hugnrey i would recommend just eating 5-6 many smalls meals throughout the day. It will boost metabolism as well.

try a low carb diet which brings on ketosis. in about 3-5 days you will have natural appetite supression, promise. i've done it many times. search the web and see. you can also try a natural product called hoodia gorondi. it supresses appetite naturally without side effects.
