Food processors make life so much easier when it comes to cooking...cut's the time in half for cutting stuff up....

Best item I make with my food processor: Salsa

Here goes:

6 roma tomatoes (use outside, scoop out seed and membrane)
1 onion
2 garlic clove
1/2 jalapeno (no seeds, makes it hot)
1/2 handful of cilantro
fresh lemon juice

put all in, always making sure you see more red than any other color, and once you use your chopping tool, you'll have the best tasting, freshiest salsa you can make.

There are a thousand other items you can make, just look on the internet for recipes!

I have two processors. The little processor I use to chop nuts, cranberries, small quantities.

The larger one, not quite the size of a full size, I use to mix pizza dough and put together my Christmas Cheese ball. I don't use either of them often, but when I need them, they are good to have around.

Processing food? Okay, I couldn't resist that.
Its for chopping up(very finely) all kinds of food like onions, cabbage and carrots, just put chunks of it in and whizzz...... and you've got coleslaw.
My processor can mince meat, knead dough, grind up nuts and coffee, just read the instructions, happy processing
