Exercise and Protein. If you are female and over about 18....you can't. Females normally stop growing at 16-17, but sports has pushed that back to about 18. Males grow until about 21.

First, how old are you? As, I grew up, when I was 17 and grew more so, when I turned 18, 19 and even 20! I use to be the shortest kid in the class, but now I am 5'11" tall! Yes, you have some benefits, but hard to find clothes that fit you, as dresses are too short and well, I have to watch a lot of older homes, that I hit my head on the walk way, as I have hurt myself and almost needed surgery! LOL! I can laugh about it now. My grandfather was over 7 feet tall, and my grandparents were in the 5'7" tall. My brothers are both 6'4", but me, I am the tallest of the females, and all of my siblings, (five of us) are all taller than our parents. SO, every year each generation is getting taller and bigger feet! As my feet are big but they are very skinny ! (10 AA).

I wish you lots of luck and hope you are in the age area as I stated above. It is funny, as my classmates run into me, and don't think it is me, because of my tallness, that I didn't really have in school! I love it, as now I am bigger than those darn bullies or snobby kids! Watch out! :-)

There's a surgical procedure that will make you taller that involves breaking the leg bones and spacing them apart. Then the bone will heal in between the break and you will eventually be taller once the procedure is completed. It takes months and was developed more for people with uneven legs.

Don't do it...it's not worth it. Wear bigger shoes or try some stilts.

Watch the movie Gattaca if you wanna see something like that surgery.

To a certain age, yea. Females stop growing, in average of course, by the age of 18 - 23. I don't think there is any other way to grow taller except just wait, you can also do yoga or exercise to make your back aligned.. Or high heels lol ^_^

How old are you? You really can't get taller after about ~21 max. But if you're a dwarf, doctors can extend the legs in your bones with surgery.. Don't count on it if you're a "normal" person.

Get a ride for a month or more on the space shuttle. It has been proofed that extended stays in a weightless environment allows the discs in the spine to relax and expand.
