i am writing a story but need to show panic of a girl being chased

Make her make rash, spur-of-the-moment decisions.

Wide eyes, irrational decisions. Sort of like a drowning man would still attempt to climb onboard a sinking ship. She's being chased, she would be totaly unaware of any other danger around her. Running across oncoming traffic for example. Normally she would know this is a bad idea but being chased puts her into a blind panic. She sees no other danger other than what is chasing her.

She might become clammy skinned, she won't be thinking clearly, her heart rate will be increased, thumping through her body, she will be more clumsy.... I'm scared already. Hope your story goes well.

Her heart beating faster....she can feel her heart in her throat. Something like that. Hope it helps...
