I work out every morning but I want to find other ways to get small work outs or at least burn more caloreis throughout the day...I park as far as possible away from places and I take the stairs...I even bought one of those pedal things that fits under a desk for me to use at work...does anyone have any other ideas for me?!

hey,
congrats on getting a good healthy lifestyle. It seems you know what you are doing to keep healthy. i thought i would just offer you a suggestion. the workouts, the far parking, and all is cool, i do the same thing. You have to add a little more fun. trying playing some sports. we all love sports. make that something you do once or twice a week.

When your sat on a firm high chair at work during the day, tighten your buttox and open your legs in and out raised off the floor. for as long as you can.
i did this for a few weeks and it toned my bum and legs up so much.
also stretch your stomach area by tensing your stomach and your bum whilsts seated and move your shoulders side to side. this is good for toning up and strengthening i found.

also try stretching your arms above your head, and turn your hands intside out so alll the muscles in your shoulders are being pulled, this will losen up the tension in your back that is easy to get at sitting at pcs.

Good for u that u want to be more active!!!

-Go for a walk everyday after work. Go biking in summer.

-Drink 8-10 cups of water everyday. (or bring a few bottles of water to work)

-Excersise
-Go to ur local gym or weight room (if u have one in ur area)
