Im 5'10 and 16 and ive hit one growth spurt. My dad is 6'0 and my mom 5'8 and my grandpas are both 5'10?

Well, Mr. T, this is a tough one to answer.

It depends on whether the growth plates in your bones have closed off...or solidified. An x-ray of you wrist, for instance, could be used to determine your bone age...and potential for more growth.

Otherwise, only time will tell.

Genetics play a big role, yes...but two very tall parents on average have a child that is shorter than them both...and two very short parents on average have a child that is taller than them both. So, its hard to say based on your mom, dad, and grandparents.

If you just recently started puberty...only recently with hair down below...than I'd say you got some more height coming.

If you have had hair down below for many years, now, then you are probably nearing the end of your height.

Also, if your dad, mom, and grandparents all reached their final heights by age 16, or so...then you probably don't have much more coming.

But if your dad was a late bloomer...and didn't reach 6'0 until he was in his twenties...then you have more of a chance to gain a few more inches...

So those are some general and vague comments...but predicting the future is hard to do!
