normal, almost like phantom pain. it will subside in a few days, remember the doc ripped out blood supply and nerves.

Root canal taken out means your tooth is going to die and go black. You can opt to have it removed altogether and get a false one.
Or just deal with it and take a paracetamol. Baby teething gel might help a bit too. But for now you may have to avoid really hot or cold things.

Try rubbing vasoline on the surface of the upper and lower teeth.

if this does not work, call the dentist asap Monday.

sometimes a tooth has an extra root.

CALL YOUR DENTIST ASAP
I do not want to scare you but there are a lot of things that may could go wrong and your dentist is the one to contact!!!!!
They can not help you if you do not report the problem.
Did they send a sheet home with you about what to watch for ?
Please do not take chances. (you should not have to pay for follow up on this because it was just done) You also can call other dentist in your area if yours does not sound supportive. Do not hesitate to take care of your self!

keep warm water in your mouth /you might have to brush your teeth with baking soda so you don't make it hurt more with tooth paste because to me it sounds like your tooth is sensitive
