The biggest thing is not to touch your face. Fingertips can accumulate a great deal of bacteria than can get into open sores making it take longer for your skin to heal. If you are already using proactive then let that run it's course. Also check your diet for food items that can add to your skin condition such as fats and oils. Add exercise as a way to burn excess energy. This will decreae the amounts of oil and fats in your body as well and increase circulation to your skin. Lastly find something to energize your brain-thingy. The less time you spend thinking about pimples the more time you have fun and can concentrate on other things. Have a great day today and tomorrow and the next.

Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

Every night before you go to bed wash your face with warm water. To prevent pimples don't eat a lot of chocolate, wash your hair everyday, make sure you wash your body, and use that proactive.
