Everyone is defined different right? So how are we suppose to know what the right weight is for each individual? I've always wandered that. For girls is it when you start your period that you know your at least at the lower end of the weight that your supposed to be, like a range of 110-140 and stuff like that. I just started my period just a few weeks ago at 120pounds, does that mean i'm at a good weight range?

Weight:120
Jean size: 3-5(Rarely a five though, depends on the stores.)
Height:5ft 4.5inches
Age:16(17 in 14days)

Find out your body fat percentage. Weight depends on so many different factors and BMI doesn't take into account anything but height.

If your body fat percentage is between 18% and 28%, this is a good place to be.
