substitute with plain yogurt...for instance 1\2 c. of mayo 1\2c. plain yogurt , juice of a lemon depends on your taste. perhaps just a Tbsp. maybe a pinch of sugar or a drizzle of honey some herbs such as a 1/4tsp.each rosemary ,thyme,basil ,parsley let sit to let the herbs release their flavors add milk if not creamy enough or cream.salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate...U can substitute the herbs for what ever you want ....

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar

I use a container of lowfat yogurt mixed with two tablespoons of dijon mustard and 1tbs of dill weed mixed together. It may seem a bit thick but once it is mixed witht the cuccumbers and is allowed to sit for a bit the moisture from the cuccumbers will thin it out slightly and coat them wonderfully! I make my cuccumber salad wheneve I make stuffed pork chops because the flavors are delicious together.

Oh, and the incredients are so flexible, you can add more or take away, just taste test. You can also season it with some salt and pepper too.
