Imagin yourself without the weight. It looks good right? Now see yourself in the same light but shopping for depends!!! You can become dependent on them for bowel movements over time. Also Laxatives empty the large bowel, which has little effect on actual weight loss. The reason for this is because the food and calories that you consume have already been absorbed in the small intestine by the time the laxatives begin to work. Plus all you are losing is water weight.

Yeah i like to date guys who mess themselve bacause they no longer have the muscles to hold in their waste. The diapers look really good with the skinny jeans as well girls!!!

Good luck.

Laxatives are a marketing wonder for drug companies that make them billions of dollars and prey on the ignorant. Laxatives are designed to agitate the intestines into moving. Does this sound like something nature intended? NOT.

The reason people take laxatives is because they are not digesting their food and they get compaction in the intestine from rotting food that has backed up and compacts. This is not what nature intended, either.

There are many foods Americans eat that cause this problem. You are right, though, when you say this process is causing you to gain weight, but laxatives are definitely not the way to fix this problem. You need to fix your digestion issue.

It's not hard. Cooked foods and processed foods are notorius for creating this problem. First, stop eating any processed foods. Cheese made from Kraft foods, for instance, contain about 30% soy ingredients that inhibit mineral absoption, slow your thyroid down so you won't lose that weight. ALL SOY products do this. Don't eat any SOY products.

The oils you eat are very important, but what is more important is to fix the organs that process the oil. The liver and gall bladder are the key organs involved here. The American diet really damages the liver and the drugs, oh, the drugs, they damage the liver. When this organ is not working properly, you cannot process the oils and you get high cholesterol and poor digestion. This causes big weight gain problems. So you have to change the oils you eat and cleanse the liver & gall bladder. The results for weight gain will be incredible. Sure you can diet, but that is temporary and the weight will just come back because until you fix the real problem, you won't win the battle.

To fix the digestion issue, I suggest you purchase a quality Betaine HCL and a potassium activator from a quality company. (a good one is at: www.healthline.cc) Take a couple Betaine HCL and one activator after each meal. Also purchase a probiotic (same company is great). Take one of these in the morning and one at night. Drink some fruit juice (freshly juiced because the store bought is loaded with garbage and the fruit is dead by the time you buy it).

If you follow this, you will find the weight starts coming off, even if you don't exercise, especially around the waist. Also, you will notice that your bowel movements are the best you've ever had, because you are now digesting your food and lowering your toxins.

To check your gall bladder & liver, just take a capsule of cod liver oil in the morning and if you burp it all day, you have a liver & gall bladder problem that needs to be detoxified.

DO NOT EVER, EVER take a laxative. You may cut weight, but you also cut all the good nutrients that make you healthy.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

It can work, but you're right, its not the right way to lose weight. When my husband joined the military he needed to get rid of a few extra pounds nearly over night and took laxatives. Your body can build up waste that doesnt come out and that can shed about 15 pounds if you spend the night on the toilet, lol.

the one pro: it will make you lose weight super fast
the cons: you will not get the nutrents from your food, you bowel will start acting up, you will become relient on them, once you stop taking them your body will store up your fat because it thinks it is just going to be gone again laxatives are not great and they make you have diarehia which isnt fun at all
