"Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began but now made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, for obedience to the faith-"

Ephesians 3:6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Good question. According to the word of God the answer you seek is given in Col 2.2 (NASB says it best and is based on NA26 - the best Greek text). "The mystery of God is Christ himself". Paul used this word often in response to the Gnostics who taught a secret knowledge (mystery) and the dual nature of spirit and the physical world (one of the earliest Christian heresies).

The bible is Gods message to us for salvation, each and every thing we want is in it. finished understand-how of the Bible would be gained yet at Gods selecting. case in point Dan 12:4 yet thou, O Daniel, close up the words, and seal the e book, even to the time of the tip: many shall run backward and forward, and records would be larger. for some years no you will understand the e book of Daniel yet we are on the time of the tip now (to no longer be at a loss for words with the tip of time) and we do have an incredible understand-how of the entire e book of Daniel. Alot of persons say that Revelation isn't ment to be understood, however the be conscious Revelation itself means 'the disclosing'. So we are ment to know it, and we do now.
