I am going on my first cruise in two weeks. It will just be me and my boyfriend. I want to get as tone as I can in 2 weeks does anybody have any advice?? I am average size/weight and have good muscle tone already but I wanna drop maybe 5 pounds and replace it with some muscle!

For every meal either of these combinations:

rice and veggies

Meat & veggies

Rather than doing your regular work outs, do burnouts.
