Simple Answer
I recommend that you do the AB BOOT CAMP. (And no there is no easy way)
If you have the flat stomach, the ab boot camp can help you to bring out your abs. It isnt just crunches...its a variety of stomach and lower back exercises to show off what you've been working towards.
If you find that too difficult you can always do any of the other Middle Section workouts at the link below.
If you have a layer of fat over your belly or around it, you will need to do cardio to burn that fat!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

some people find that doing sit ups and crunches alone doesn't do much, the best thing to do is strengthen your core muscles you can do this by:

1. Laying on your back and lifting your arms and legs as if you are on all fours. Then place your right arm and left leg at a 45 degree angle to the floor and hold for 30 seconds. Then alternate.

2. The Plank. Lie on the floor with you forearms on the floor instead of your hands (like a push up but with your arms from the elbow on the floor) lift your body off the floor in a straight line and hold for 30 seconds

3. go on all fours. lift your right leg and left arm and stretch them out so they are parallel to the floor, hold for 30 seconds and alternate.

Hope it helps

the quantity of physique fat you prefer to do away with proportion-sensible isn't all that great so a weight-help plan isn't needed regardless of the incontrovertible fact that i might shrink junk nutrition and soda. Do cardio 20 minutes an afternoon and exercises that focus on your worry areas, thighs and decrease abs. that could artwork for you.

Situps.

Seriously, that's it. Keep running to drop the weight, and do situps to develop the abs.
