When I first saw a book written by Sylvia Browne, world renowned psychic, her smile and worldly appearance was intriguing. Eventually I picked up a copy of "contacting your spirit guide", and loved her tone in writing. Growing up Catholic and being very spiritual, I have always been into the paranormal & strongly belive in spirits and an afterlife/other side. I have most of her books, & while I do disagree with her on some things she believes, I have to admit I admire the person she is. I love seeing her on Montel, she's funny and she's accepting of many different types of people. One of her books turned my life around and helped me to be more optimistic and deepened my spirituality and appreciation for things. Does anybody else read her books/watch her on TV & admire her also? (no haters please).

Yes. I watch her all the time. I always come across people who say she is a fraud just because she got an answer wrong once in a great while. They need to realize that she is like 80% accurate and there's no way she can be totally perfect. No one can be right all the time...but sylvia definitely blows many phychics out of the water with her gift.

I grew up Catholic also and into the paranormal. I am now very spiritual, not so much Catholic anymore although I respect Christianity as I do every religion.

Sylvia Browne is an engaging woman. And regardless of the indisputable fact that, her predictions and readings of individuals are exciting, i might bypass to somebody 'holy' or religious for holy water. Cheers, God bless

She's a fraud, like all other supposed psychics. They use cold reading to do most of their predictions. Those who are on TV even employ hot reading and editing to lessen the misses. It's all about counting the hits and forgetting the misses.

Oh good lord. Sylvia Browne is a deliberate fraud. She's lying through her teeth, and frankly isn't very good at it. You'd have to be mighty gullible to believe her schtick.

Fraud, total fraud. Sorry, but you've been taken in, just like all the people who believe John Edwards talks to the dead.
