I gave this guy a note and it said..Will you go out with me? And he hasnt answered me yet..But I always see him reading the note over and over again! I also notice him staring at me ALOT!..But do you think he will say yes or no? I gave him the note last Wednesday and he still hasnt answered

He doesn't know what he wants, or he wants to torture you. Either way, move on. Find someone who will answer you immediately.

try asking him if he has an answer yet and there could be a good chance he wants to say yes but is to shy to admit it.just go and talk to him but dont push him to give an answer.

I don't know if he likes you, to tell you the truth, honey, he might be a little miffed. Have you hinted before that you like him?

I think he might. I dunno. He may be thinking long and hard about it. Just be patient. ANd expect the worst.
