Not a bad thing at all, it's probably good for you. You only feel like you aren't sweating because it is evaporating as it hits the wind. Remember, sweat doesn't cool your body off until it evaporates.
Next time you run outside, you'll probably notice that your clothes and your face aren't nearly as damp as they are when you run inside.

No. If you're afraid that there may be something wrong with you because you're working out but not sweating, you don't have to worry. The only reason that people sweat is to carry heat away from their bodies. But if the heat is being blown away at a high enough rate, (ie, because a fan is blowing it off of you) then your body will happily conserve the water it WOULD use to sweat. That means more energy. So, no, it's not a bad thing at ALL.

Running with a fan blowing at you is not a bad thing at all. It's just like running on a windy day. All that it is doing is blowing air at you, which helps to circulate air in the room, but more importantly, it keeps you cool, which is GOOD because it prevents overheating. Well, it could be considered bad if you're someone who enjoys having sweat drip all over themselves as they run...

i'm not really sure why people are talking about germs.
in the extreme case, it could be bad if you felt cool when your body is actually overheated. if you're running 10 miles or something on the treadmill and don't realize that your body is overheated, this could be bad, because your body would otherwise be telling you to slow down or to stop.
but really, if you're not breaking any personal records and you are able to do whatever mileage/speed youre working on, having a fan blow on you won't cause you any harm. i prefer the fans that move side to side, so they hit you every once in a while. and that's no different than running outside with a nice breeze.

Hard to say really because very few live to tell the tale.
There seems to be little doubt that it will cause memory loss and people will often not be able to remember where they have read things.

It's bad because when you run, your body temperature rises. When the cool air is directed towards your hot body, you can get sick. Stay away from the fans.
