There are sites all over the web saying that you can even though you dont have a burner. all's you have to do is sing up/ is it true? If it is does anyone know a free site to download the software?

for heavens sake, there are many people out there that want to sell you something, and there are those that think that they can get something for nothing.
If you could burn a CD with out a burner, do you think that they would be selling CD burners? the answer is no. They make and sell the CD burners because you need one to actually burn a CD. Revelation: The same is true for DVD's. You would need a DVD burner for that too. Although most DVD burners can also burn a CD, CD burners CAN NOT burn a DVD. Just to get that straight.
You can get an internal or external burner set up if you are not sure about opening your computer case and installing one, i would opt for the external option. They normally just plug into a usb. and follow the installation directions. Simple really.

No honey, it is false. It is just their way of stretching the truth as far as possible. You can download all you want for free at www.piolet.com. Then if you know someone who has a burner, email them the songs and have them make you a cd. If you lived close to me, I could make you a few. Good luck. Just don't fall for those sights "promises" You 'll only get stuck answering pages and pages of surveys.

No, you really need a CD burner to burn CDs. Don't believe everything you read. It's good that you posted here, so we could tell you to stay away from the scams.
