If she's not looking well, a vet may be a good idea. The reason for this is that, if she is laying eggs and one gets stuck inside of her somehow, this can be very serious and some nirds even die from it. I suggest looking up a vet in your area (find one who knows about birds, because some don't) and talking to someone over the phone. Ahh, I forgot that it's a weekend and this is harder, but you definitely still need to try. Also, you can google search good bird websites and find information on hwo to recognize when an egg is stuck and what to do about it. If she's not laying an egg, it sounds as if she may be sick, so either way I definitely suggest taling to a vet who can help you in real-time instead ov through a mesage board.

I hope she's okay, and good luck hun!

She needs to see an avian vet ASAP! She sounds like she is eggbound.

Until then, keep her warm and in a high humidity enviornment. DO NOT try to remove the egg yourself or put oil on her. Make sure that she is eating and drinking. There isn't anything else you can do, but the vet can give her a calcium shot to help her lay the egg.

Take her to a vet
Birds do not lay on the bottom of their cages unless they are sick.
