Me and this girl I have been dating were joking about her being my bodyguard and I told her it was just and excuse for her to keep the chics away from me so she can have me for herself. Well she played along and all but I didn't want her to think I was playing her cuz she had said before she was not seeing anyone else so I told her that I may like to take things slow but I don't have time to juggle;)
Do you think she took that the wrong way? What would you think what I said about juggling means in this context? I was trying to convey that although I don't want to rush her into anything I am not seeing anyone else either. I'm worried cuz she read the message but has not responded back and when she does that she is usually thinking about something SERIOUS. :[

You might want to write her another letter explaining about the "juggling" thing that it meant juggling her with work and whatever but not juggling her with other girls.

It really depends how well you know her. Personally..... just ask her. If you are not sure how something was taken by another person you should ask and clarify. Just come out and ask her if she is upset about what you said. If she says "no" than say good and explain that you were thinking about and didn't want to hurt her feelings. If she said "yes" than clarify what you meant in an apologetic manner. Either way if she is the girl for you it will work out. If not then so be it. If she is smart she will be flattered that you were considering her feelings and thinking about her when she wasn't around. That in it's self is worth a lot

From what you said I would assume that you didn't want to have a relationship and you kinda want to keep your options open and date other people. That's how I proceed it.

if my boyfriend said that i would ask him what he meant, because i would want to know before i assumed. But just talk to her adnif she took it wrong try explaining what you meant and prove to her you aren't seeing someoen else by giving her yoru love adn letting her know you are hers (if she knows this just remind her).
