ok- im trying to get fit for summer and vaca. I've been surfing the net looking for diet plans and exercise stuff. Any suggestions????

OK. Exercise everyday for 30 minutes. That doesn't just have to be running. Do housework. It really works. Walk whenever you have the chance. Eat three meals a day. Maybe for breakfast you could have porridge or cereal with semi skimmed milk. A glass of orange juice (try fresh) Then for lunch maybe white meat, some vegetables and potatoes/rice. Same again for supper. Basically eat three healthy meals (include protien, vitamin c, Carbs, fat etc.) If you get hungry in between meals snack on fruit.
