Fortmating a bootable CD-RW?

Question

I just started as a tech at a local computer company and im trying to get some cool soft tools to use but I figure out how to make a bootable CD could someone help me out please

These will be ISO CDs so you need burning software that will write ISO. Some do some dont. Here are a couple of "free/shareware" ones

I think Nero includes that ability in the Full version.
