My 8 year old son has heterochromia, which is with the sympathetic nerves. His hands are numb, why?

His heterochromia is slight, with no injuries to body.

Its probably from wanking to much, my children always get that

I don' know that there is any connection but I'd definitely get him checked out. Numb hands can be caused by many things but they would need to be evaluated by a professional whatever the cause.
