My brother keeps trying to rape my sister and she is one year older than me and my parents don't belive me and she won't speak up. My brother is 16 and my sister is 16 and I am 15 and he is trying to do the same thing to me and the only thing I can do is call my sister and she yells for my mom. My dad belives me but can't convince my mom he has talked to my brother and he won't listen. ANY ADVICE PLEASE???
Me and my sister have called the police like twice and we live somewhere where they won't do anything about it we live in the boonedocks out in the country. Me and my sister share a room but we don't have locks to the door.
By rape I mean push towards having sex by holding us down.
My sister is exactly 9 months younger than my brother and no the aren't step brother and sister.

My God please call the police right away this is serious you need to do something about this. For God sake call the police and talk to them keep calling them until they do something about this, I was raped in the past by my cousin and i don't want something like that to happen ever again to someone else you need to talk to someone. I agree with the guy to kick the crap out of him. I also agree with the gal about calling the police over and over again. Talk to teachers. Talk to any adult that will listen. When he is attacking you or your sister, the other needs to scream. He can't hold both of you down at the same time. There are State agencies that can help, since the local won't listen. Right now use your internet and look for your states resources. They are out there. And remember, you have the right to protect yourself in anyway you deem fit. Your mom is in denial. She needs help as well.

You need to call childrens services immediately. You have to get your and your sister need to get out of there. If you dont get out, something is going to happen. A teacher at school, your church, any adult that you trust. Go to a hospital, something, but children's services even if you just call them will help you.

What is wrong with your dad? Your mom sounds hopeless. This is serious - I don't understand why your parents don't see this as something serious. You and your sister, gang up on your brother, and beat the **** out of him.

Since you are minors, you can call child services in your area. If there is a relative or close friend you can go live with, do it.
