absolutely NOTHING will happen. multi-vitamins only have 100% your daily value of all the various vitamins. I know vitamins that some lifters take that are up to 2000% your daily value.

If you take in than your body uses, than no worries, it will just go out with your waste. Vitamins wont build up and it would be mighty hard to overdose on them. Vitamin C for example. Normally, your body cant use more than 2,000mg a day. Thats about 900% your daily intake. any more you take in, your body simply wont use, and it will just pass through you undigested, without taking out any nutrients.

i personally take 3 multi-vitamins a day on days i know im gonna be active. take care!

Having too much of certain vitamins in a body can cause problems like cells can burst or shrivel up. It's not a good idea to go over the recommended limit because there is a well-informed doctor that created this limit for a reason. I know this because I am in a 10th grade Biology class that just talked about this. Also, I volunteer at a hospital.

If you did it by accident on a rare occasion it's not a problem. However if you do it on a regular basis it could cause kidney damage. Ask your doctor for guidelines for taking vitamins.

Well i don't think that you should do that again if you did not take more than 2 but i think you will be fine just take one once a day next time.

That person would be passing double the amount of vitamins in his or her urine.
