You need to call your phone company provider and ask them to take the block off your phone for the collect calls.

Phone calls from facilities are expensive.

You are going to have to unblock the collect call, or use the credit card. Realize that the country or sheriff makes lots of money off of the family and friends of prisoners by charging outrageous fees for collect calls.

Unless there is someone in your house you don't want accepting calls, the easiest way is to unblock collect calls. You still have to individually accept each collect call before you are connected.

you have to press "zero", and the call will connect, if the inmate is using a calling card. it took me 2 months to figure that out, plus he had to write me and tell me to press 0, the message tries to trick you into buying a calling card instead of telling you how to appect the call.

Press 0.
If that doesn't work, punch in your credit card number. It's not a scam, but it is expensive.
