English is NOT the official language as the U.S. HAS no official language. So the Govt accepts that some languages are very common, even by LEGAL immigrants. To that end they let people use those languages and besides if you make it so others can understand they have no excuse.

Because spanish is the second most used language in our country. A big part of our hispanic population either speaks very little or no english. And while there are many other cultures in our country, the percentage that doesnt speak english is much lower within the other cultures. I think it is great that alot of things are translated and so many services are available for them.

Due to the need to serve the majority of citizens with facts concerning their government all governmental units attempt to put it in the language that is the most acceptable to large blocks of citizens.

Most majority of people are english and spanish, in usa I guess.
