sensex rise upto around 5 times
real estate prices touching new highs
hear daily about job creation in india
salaries going higher and higher
work load of them increasing everyday, as on ground people know its spreading and spreading fast
they are even asked to work on sundays
they have families to feed
parents to take care of
children to brought up
a living standard to mantain
remmuneration they are getting is far much less than they deserve, there jobs are not regular like other hospital staff, no job security,no provison of leaves,entitlement to other perk

I think those workers are doing it more for humanitarian reasons; although, I do see your point. A lot of times ppl that fail in their careers end up doing stuff like this...

Professionals and workers must be given increase in the salaries and wages that is commensurate to their status in the society.
