Those are three German words (definite article genitive singular of the masculine; a form of the adjective "inner" that you can't use before a noun or of the adverb "within" and the word for "shade" or "shadow", but not in the genitive that would agree with the article), Thus, the words do not form a syntactically meaningful sequence together.

I would say "the shadow within,the shade within"something like that
I think innerhalb refers to within yourself,this expression looks very poetic to me
