Forget the diet pills, the side effects aren't worth the loss, especially as if you use diet pills, if you can even get them, you will put the weight on when you get off of the pills. Just go on a sane diet that gives you enough to eat and stick to it. No easy magic pills out there

I do not think any diet pill, would have,a lack of these side effects. They all are designed to sell us a product that produces a magic effect, and most are failures, some can kill you, others just make you ill.the whole premise is to speed up metabolism,so you lose weight, but they affect your heart and whole system. Most of these pills should not be on the market.A lot of lobbying goes on a lot of bribes are paid to get them there.Do not take them!
