I've had my Konica Minolta Dimage Z3 (5megapixel/ 10opticle zoom) for about 2 years/3000 photos but now the photos seem to have lost their sharpness and are often slightly out of focus or grainy (even with the same ISO) any ideas what may be causing this?

have you tried buying a new memory card,i know my card was a couple years old,had probably taken over 5000 pics and the last time i used it the pics started looking grainy, unfocused and such and i bought a new card and its fine now...or maybe the camera just needs some service, try the website and see if there is a software upgrade available

With the camera on look at the len's and try to clean the glass part of the len's with a cotton swab and a little windex on it.This should make the picture more clear.
