the correct temp for poultry and game is 165 fish is 145 cooked fruit and veg is 140 reheating food is 165 with in 2 hours stuffed meats is 165 pork is 155 eggs are 145 roasted beef is130 for 2 hours you should be able to get this info any where all cooks know it all health dept. have it in charts these are numbers from national codes state can be different ((you don't cook every thing by time/pound ))

at the meat counter, you can get a little pop up device that pops up when the meat hits the right temp for chicken. Do this a couple of times at a certain heat and time it. You will have the perfect answer for chicken every time.

if it is a whole chicken its 30 min...but make sure you baste it well..I usually coat the raw chicken with margarine and a bunch of spices (garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, rosemary, saly, & pepper) Enjoy! :)
