he is screaming cause he doesn't want you to leave him and when you walk back into the room, he gets what he wants so in his mind the screaming is getting him what he wants. Ignore him when he screams and don't come back into the room until he is quiet at which time go to him and give him praise and attention and perhaps a treat. After a few weeks he will learn being quiet gets him what he wants and he will stop screaming when you leave the room. Just make sure to continue praising him for being quiet

If he stops I wouldn't worry , but if he keeps on doing it then you have an issue. If possable try to keep him a room where you are most.
If he's a baby and he is doing it just ignore him he should stop as he lears that yelling wont help.

This is something loads of birds do-my cockatiel used to.

Basically you stay out of the room and ignore them while they are noisy. When they quiet down go back.Your basically teaching them that screaming won't make you come back.
