I tried that this morning it does not lighten your skin color. It does keep it smooth and supple!! But I don't know I have't used it faithfully but some products will lighten your skin but you would have to use it faithfully to eventually see a change.

But the calcium in milk helps your bones, teeth and nails.
I've heard drinking milk on a daily basis can make your skin look and feel more natural.
Think of babies... they drink Plenty of milk and their skin stays soft for years!
