If a minor is arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol will they lose their license if it was not automotive related?

juvenile courts can impose all sorts of penalties to minors. Up to the judge, but not a big stretch for them to do that.

In California, it might happen. If its a first offense the DMV may make the offender go through an "alcohol awareness" course. Yes, they can suspend your license until 21

Maybe...depending on the State where you live. I'm certain they don't want the minor driving. He had no right with illegal possession of alcohol.

Most state you lose your license for o\illegal possession of alcohol and drugs..even if you dint own a car. or were sitting in your yard.

In Ontario Canada, if you did not pay the ticket/fine you would not be able to renew your vehicle permit or driver's licence.

no, you can ooly lose your licence if you are cought drink driving
